This summer, when spending holidays in the country of the forty shades of green, I took some pictures with the intention to translate them to watercolour. Some months ago I finished a view of The Giant’s Causeway.
Today is up to the Fanad-Head light-tower in Donegal.
The rocks with the green grass are quite difficult to render as well as the cloudy atmosphere. I have to pay attention to the blue because it is quite light what gives an impression of sun. I probably will be obliged to give a grey transparent layer of paint (glacis) to darken the sea.
